It is with much sadness that Lanarkshire County have announced the death of Margaret Duncanson who died peacefully in her sleep on Thursday at the age of 97.

Margaret who retired in 1997 as the last Secretary of the Scottish Ladies County Golf Association, cut the cake at the Scottish Counties Centenary celebration in Edinburgh in 2009
